I\u2019m proud of every single one of the team. This is an achievement of a whole collection of people who want to do right by each other while working towards the company goals.<\/p><p class=\"\">F\u00e1ilte Ireland are doing a super job for our industry with the Employer Excellence initiative, which captures the views of thousands of people, country-wide, who are currently working in tourism and hospitality roles. Like every industry, there will always be room for improvement but the high number of companies who are embracing the Employer Excellence Programme and performing well in the independent benchmarking processes would indicate that there is, rightly, a great drive to nurture people-focused cultures across tourism and hospitality businesses in Ireland.
