Booker Reward Programme

Many of our hotels operate a loyalty programme for those who book accommodation and meeting rooms on behalf of their company.

For every bed night or conference you book, you will earn loyalty points, which can be redeemed for a number of great rewards.

Each month, we will send you a statement of points earned on your corporate club account.

Enrolment Requirements

All we ask, is that you reserve a minimum of 35 bed nights per year or 3 conferences per year. We will reward you with loyalty points as follows:

  • 1 point for every bed night booked
  • 2 points for every daily conference booked (2 day conference equals 4 points)

Terms & Conditions

  • In order to join the Corporate Club, your company must have a signed corporate rate agreement in place with the property
  • Programme is only valid for bookings made on published corporate rates
  • Bookings should be made directly with the hotel
  • Bookings must be made in your company name to ensure points are earned
  • Points will be added to your account after the guests’ departure date or after the conference has closed
  • We do not award points for no shows, or cancelled bookings
  • Points are valid for 18 months after the date earned, Points not redeemed within this time will be forfeited
  • If a corporate club member leaves the enrolled company, their points may be transferred to a new company account, (providing a corporate rate agreement has been set up in their new place of employment and the enrolment requirements have been met)
  • Rewards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to offer alternatives
  • Membership of the scheme is at the discretion of the property and may be withdrawn at any time
  • Members may opt not to personally claim their gifts, in this case, we will offer their gifts as spot prizes for company functions, or to a nominated charity
  • Membership of The Corporate Club will be discontinued should you not book the required number of bed nights / conferences within one year of joining the Corporate Club
  • PREM Hospitality and the properties we operate reserve the right to change, withdraw or amend part or the entire Corporate Club programme at any time.
