PREM Group’s Aspect Hotel Park West, located in Park West Business Campus has been elevated to 4-star status under Failte Ireland’s classification criteria.
One of PREM Group’s largest properties, Aspect Hotel has just completed an extensive refurbishment programme with an investment of €450,000 to completely reimagine the lobby, bar and restaurant.
The open-plan space was designed by renowned architect Hugh Wallace, best known from RTE’s Home of the Year. “We wanted to create an all-day food and beverage operation from a 7am breakfast to a 10pm dinner. The design approach, therefore, had to allow for flexibility and more importantly the ability to change the mood from morning, afternoon and evening. The design allows the space to adapt and deliver the maximum number of covers” said Damian Meehan, Douglas Wallace. “The design inspiration aimed to create distinct character zones within the overall space offering flexibility to cater for individuals as well as smaller and larger groups. Crisply detailed natural oak slatted dividers, mirrored backdrops, beautiful fabrics and interior planting add texture and interest to the space. The spaces are defined by bespoke joinery backdrops to the foyer, bar and restaurant areas. The end result is a complete transformation of the ground floor areas as a comfortable and relaxing environment for hotel guests and locals alike” he added.
The all-new Willow Restaurant has a revitalised breakfast offering with an extensive selection of hot and cold buffet items. Guest can enjoy a new all day dining menu which includes popular favourites such as beer battered cod, house wings, home-made burgers and freshly made pizzas. A welcoming place to relax, read a book or watch sports on the 65-inch flat screen TV.
