PREMIER SUITES Dublin Sandyford is located in the centre of Sandyford Business Park, which is home to more than 200 international companies and is located just 10 kilometres south of Dublin City. The LUAS tram line runs adjacent to the apartments, making access to the city centre quick and easy. A 20 minute tram ride will take you into the city centre. While Europe’s largest shopping centre Dundrum Town Centre, is just a 3 minute tram ride away. The apartments feature wall mounted 40” LCD TV screens and complimentary broadband throughout. We offer a choice of one and two bedroom apartments.

We enjoy a selection of shops, restaurants and bars on our doorstep. The Luas stop is a two minute walk from our front door, giving guests ease of access to Dublin city or Dundrum Town Centre.
Suites benefit from weekly change of linen/towels, weekly cleaning service, welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee & biscuits and all utility bills including electricity and heating included in the amazing offers available.

Longer Stays, Simplified
Our Sandyford apartments have transitioned to a long-stay-focused offering, with a smaller number of apartments available. This change allows us to tailor the experience specifically to guests staying for longer periods.
As part of this transition, the apartments now operate with a self-service style stay including self check-in. While we don’t have PREMIER SUITES employees on site, guests can avail of 24-hour phone support, ensuring assistance is always there when needed.
Long-stay guests continue to enjoy weekly housekeeping and all-inclusive pricing, with TV, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi included. This provides cost certainty and makes budgeting simple, particularly for corporate and project-based stays.
Our properties in Leeson Street and Ballsbridge remain available for both short and long stays.
