We are delighted to celebrate a fantastic night for two hotels within the PREM Hospitality collection at the Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Awards 2026.
Aspect Hotel Park West received two awards, taking home Best Employer – Management and Leadership and Best Employer – Dublin.
The Hoban Hotel in Kilkenny was also recognised, winning Best Employer – Culture and Work Environment.
Our parent company, PREM Group, completed the celebrations by receiving the Best Employer – Fairness award on behalf of colleagues across the wider group.
These awards reflect the hard work of the teams at both hotels and their commitment to building positive, supportive workplaces. They also recognise the importance placed on strong leadership, fairness and workplace culture throughout PREM Group.
